Rim Country Health and Rehabilitation is a 109 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility located in Payson, AZ, in the heart of Arizona in the middle of Tonto National Forest. We have a secure memory care and behavioral health unit, long term care and rehabilitation units.
The activity assistant/aide position helps coordinate the activity/life enrichment program for our residents. We have scheduled activities such as bingo, games, puzzles, crafts, trivia, manicures, seasonal activities, 1:1 visits, etc. Any interests or hobbies that our residents have we try to incorporate into our activities program.
The right candidate must be creative and able to work independently, as well as work well with others and be apart of a team. The activity assistant/aide runs an activity with the residents on designated units according to the schedule.
