POSITION: Summer Enrichment Teacher (PT) (Bay Shore, Bayport-Blue Point, Comsewogue, and Connetquot)
ASSIGNMENT: July 1, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (Bayport-Blue Point and Connetquot)
July 1, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (Comsewogue)
July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (Bay Shore)
RESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to Summer Enrichment Director
Provides STEM and Literacy instruction for students entering grades 1-8
Important to note that you MUST be in attendance on the following dates:
Orientation : June 30, 2025 (Bayport-Blue Point, Comsewogue, and Connetquot
July 1, 2025 (Bay Shore)
Program : July 1, 2025 – August 8, 2025* (Bayport-Blue Point and Connetquot)
July 1, 2025 – August 15, 2025* (Comsewogue)July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (Bay Shore)
*Programs closed July 4, 2024
THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES
START DATE: As detailed above
SALARY RANGE: $26.50/hour - $36.50/hour
Job Qualifications
Appropriate NYS Certification required or Appropriate NYS License required
