In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Support efforts to build university relations and university recruiting programs, such as job fairs, career talks, etc.

Support Talent Acquisition Coordinator on interview scheduling while providing platinum candidate experience

Support on the design and maintaining job posts or hiring campaigns aligned to EB Guideline and EVP

Collaborate on adhoc projects as needed and perform administrative tasks from time to time.

If able, conduct market research and analysis of assigned projects

Who You Are:

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance

For this Role You Will Need:

• Current college student, juniors or seniors, preferably with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar courses.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

• Creative / Innovative and social media savvy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Competent in using microsoft outlook like excel, powerpoint, etc.
