1. Compiles and receive documents on completed services from various department and summarize it monthly for necessary billing to client.

2. Updating of the necessary monitoring reports upon receipt of certificate of completed works/services.

3. Reconciliation of actual invoices by the Vendors against the project completed for pass through including checking/matching of appropriate SI/DR and service reports attached.

4. Preparation of local invoices for billing to client as well as monitoring of paid invoices and collections from client.

5. Closely working with Operations in identifying services for accrual including coordination & submission to client.

6. Reviewing & matching of vendors' payables against pass thru expenses.

7. Performs analysis on monthly cost accruals against revenue accruals for Adhoc.

8. Preparation of financial data for financial reporting requirements.

9. Reconciliation of payables to vendors.

10. Budgeting and Forecasting preparation.

• Accounting or Financial Management graduate preferred

• Graduate of 4 year Business Admin or any business related courses

• With at least 4 years working experiences
