Description We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team in Pasadena, California. This role will primarily focus on Accounts Receivable Coordination, with additional duties including Billing, Account Reconciliation, Cash Applications, and Microsoft Excel tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer credit applications efficiently

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring customer credit accounts to ensure there are no discrepancies

• Implementing appropriate action plans to collect delinquent payments

• Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) related tasks and ensuring all receivables are accounted for

• Managing billing operations and ensuring all billing processes align with company policies

• Performing account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report financial data

• Assisting with Cash Applications to ensure all cash transactions are accurately recorded. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management is necessary

• Familiarity with Billing procedures and systems is a must

• Demonstrated ability in handling Cash Applications is required

• Competence in using Microsoft Excel is essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
