IQVIA Sr Business Systems Analyst in Parsippany, New Jersey

Updated job description:

The Business System Analyst's primary role is to analyze and certify data from new suppliers for inclusion in prescription, patient, and sales databases across four platforms. This involves detailed analysis of data fields, verifying the accuracy and consistency of data submissions, impact reporting, and communicating data issues with internal departments and suppliers. The Business Systems Analyst must proficiently use internal tools and query software to efficiently integrate new suppliers into the IQVIA databases. The Senior Analyst provides subject matter expertise and a high level of internal or external consulting and support on data analytics projects related to complex business problems and issues to provide insight to decision makers. This role is responsible for leading data analytics projects or project teams and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience with any BS degree

  • Advanced working knowledge of Access and Excel

  • Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects with overlapping schedules

  • Ability to learn new information quickly

  • Knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the marketplace

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,900.00 - $151,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
