What we will achieve together:

Support the People Strategy for such areas in the US. This position will also serve as key role as a specialist to support the execution of the agenda in the Region.

Effectiveness - Manage and deliver the people priorities, embed the adoption of signature programs and HR foundations into the organization, interface with Line Managers, and communicate emerging business needs to the center for support.

Collaborate closely with Functional Leaders on a variety of initiatives to drive operational efficiency and site effectiveness from an HR standpoint by leveraging leading principles, tools, methods, and HR frameworks to empower organizations to drive results.

Support and collaborate with the center to shape the nature of local HR programs, processes, policies, and service delivery based on the business environment/strategy.

Work closely with the segment to translate business requirements into effective solutions that enable segment priorities and position the business for growth.

Provide segment insights and key associates to the HR team and the center to most effectively tackle HR and other business needs that are critical to strong associates' performance and growth and support to develop solutions that focus on delivering outstanding service.

Enabling Operations - Guide, support, and position Line Managers to serve GROUPE SEB associates most effectively and efficiently.

Educate and coach the Line Managers to interact directly with HR on a range of topics to empower Line Managers to become more self-sufficient.

Provide the day-to-day mentorship and guidance that associates need to be successful in their positions so that they are positioned to deliver impact to GSeb

Business Leadership - Partner with the HR Head and/or other Business Partners to achieve the goals aligned with the people agenda and business strategy, provide leadership to the business, and ensure associate advocacy.

Collaborate closely with business leaders to implement new and existing HR programs that meet business needs, achieve strategic goals, and emphasize associate advocacy as well as provide recommendations based on the most pressing site needs and provide solutions that will strengthen the brand and the business.

Responsible for ensuring that the principles and values that underlie the GSeb way of business are properly integrated into and observed across operating policies and practices.

Serve as an advisor, mediator, or coach, where questions of talent, development, and change management arise between Line Managers and Associates.

Ensure a robust pipeline of programs that promote associate advocacy and foster associate engagement across the unit

Transformation - Support the business in implementing the activity glide path from the continued Transformation Strategy in the US and Canada.

* Accountable for data gathering and analytics to guide decisions, evaluate results, and track progress and outcome of key initiatives.

Talent Management- This role will be the lead in the administration of internal Talent Management, including Expatriation processes as well as Leadership Talent Development.

Bring your competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field
  • HR Generalist experience
  • 3 -7+ Years supporting as an HR Business Partner
  • Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understanding of their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective in building relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Planning and follow-up with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage and work within ambiguity and prioritize business needs and resources
  • Experience managing change and dealing with ambiguity.
