Job Title: Machine Operator $20+HR
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines within the department, ensuring the highest quality in all parts produced. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent attendance and the ability to perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Set-up and operate numerous coiling, stamping, or four-slide machines within the department.
Maintain an eye for quality on all parts produced on the machine.
Ensure reliable attendance.
Perform miscellaneous other tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in production and machine operation.
General production and machine operating skills.
Inspection and packing skills.
Threading and parts inspection capabilities.
Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and retain information.
Accountability for high performance.
Attention to detail.
Efficiency and multitasking ability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with assembly, wiring, and use of mechanical tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
