Offer: PR/Influence Manager (CDI)

Mission:

Attached to the communication department of the Filorga brand in Paris within the International Marketing team, you are responsible for defining the PR and Influence strategy (Global Level) as well as the country execution guidelines to strengthen the reputation of the Filorga brand, and convince of the scientific community backing and effectiveness of our products inspired by regenerative medicine.

Mains responsibilities:

Influence: Global Influence strategy and guidelines (30%)

  • Define the annual Influence strategy for the Filorga brand in connection with the brands marketing and communication strategy

  • Support key markets in their Influence strategy implementation

  • Management of the Influence agency to develop corporate programs and animations

  • Recommendation of guidelines and monitoring of their execution via a collaborative and regular approach with the key markets

  • Monthly monitoring of performance and recommendations for optimizing strategy and content via analysis of key KPIs on the Kolsquare platform (% engagement rate, earned media value, top posts, top influencers, etc.)

  • Budget management

Transversal projects as KOL crew management (20%)

  • Regarding Communication stratégy, run several key brand image projects as the leading of the expert/influencer crew

  • Recommend the crew's communication strategy (teams of expert skin influencers and doctors) and define the annual editorial calendar

  • Develop content in collaboration with the influence agency and the production agency

  • ROI monitoring

  • Budget management

Press : Global influence strategy and guidelines (25%)

  • Define the annual PR (on and off line) strategy for the Filorga brand in connection with the brand's marketing and communication strategy

  • Develop press tools and event guidelines for major launches, in collaboration with the product and scientific communication teams

  • Support key markets in their PR strategy implementation

  • Participate in the creation and organization of medical congresses (IMCAS in particular)

  • Quarterly monitoring of performance and recommendations for optimizing strategy and content via analysis of key KPIS

  • Budget management

Monitoring the execution of the strategy and guidelines with the countries (25%)

  • Lead monthly meetings with the Top 5 European countries to monitor the execution of guidelines, analyze influence KPIs and recommend action plans

  • Make the link for local press interview requests with the right contacts internally or within the scientific committee / crew

Education:

With a higher education background such as a business school or equivalent (Master's degree), you have 6-7 years of experience in the field of press relations and influence. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a must and experience of the healthcare industry with an international dimension would be a plus.

Required Skills:

  • You have validated influence experience of at least 6 years

  • Analytical skills: you monitor the KPIs of influencing actions on a monthly basis and know how to summarize the conclusions of campaign reports

  • Ability to work in a team and influence: you are the guarantor of the cohesion of the execution of PR plans and influence via the subsidiaries

  • You are creative and proactive in proposing influential approaches aligned with the strategic direction of the brand and its communication

  • Fluent in English
