With a prioritization on Contract Customers the Field Service Engineer's prime responsibility is on ensuring the continued smooth running of customers assets within an agreed geographic / asset group

Cytiva's Junior Field Service Engineer is responsible for several activities such as installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization.

This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in France (preferably in the Paris region) and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery.

As part of your duties, you will have the opportunity to:

• Represent the company to our clients

• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site

• Manage your stock and work orders

The essential requirements of the position are as follows:

• Education: BAC+2 or BAC+3 or BAC+5 in industrial maintenance, biochemical, chemical or equivalent field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills

• Foreign language: Fluent French and a good level of English is required

It would be a plus if you also had previous experience in the following areas:

• Computer and automation skills are a plus.

• Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Industry

L’ingénieur junior de maintenance terrain de Cytiva est responsable de plusieurs activités telles que l’installation et la qualification, la maintenance préventive, l’étalonnage, le dépannage et les réparations, ainsi que de la promotion des contrats de service et de l’identification des opportunités qui ont un impact significatif sur l’organisation.

Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services basé en France (de préférence en région Parisienne) et sera entièrement à distance. Chez Cytiva, notre vision est de faire progresser les thérapies futures, de la découverte à la livraison.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez l’occasion de :

• Représenter l’entreprise auprès de nos clients

• Planifier et exécuter les activités de service sur le site du client

• Gérer votre stock et vos ordres de travail

Les exigences indispensables du poste sont les suivantes :

• Formation : BAC+2 ou BAC+3 ou BAC+5 en maintenance industrielle, chimique, biochimique ou équivalent

• Expérience : minimum 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire

• Compétences techniques : de très bonnes compétences en électricité et en mécanique,

• Langue étrangères : français courant et un bon niveau d’anglais est requis.

Ce serait un plus si vous possédiez également une expérience préalable dans les domaines suivants :

• Des compétences en informatique et en automatisme sont un plus.

• Industrie pharmaceutique / biotechnologie
