This position will gather and document business requirements to support development and improvements of business applications, specifically Anaplan and other technology to support Supply Chain transformation. Responsible for developing a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conducting business requirement sessions, detailing current and to be process flows and crafting detailed requirements documents to support development.

Specific Areas of Focus:

• Allocation & Replenishment

• Demand Planning

• Inventory & Assortment Planning

Responsibilities:

• Document current and to-be process flows to understand and examine business processes using user roles, use cases, edit rules, wireframes and other system specifications in detail

• Conduct requirements sessions with business users and subject matter experts while providing mentorship in formulating new requirements and improving business processes by coming up with creative and alternative approaches to solving business problems

• Balances scope and user expectations by ensuring requirements can be met within existing project budgets and timeframes

• Assists Project Managers in the development of detailed project plans and work assignments

• Monitors progress to ensure project deliverables are met

• Communicates statuses to project team members and management

• Delivery of improvements following the formal planning, tracking and reporting mechanisms that align to the project management office (PMO) standards

• Ensure the incidents and problems are being actively resolved within defined Service Level Agreements of our application Managed Service Partners or Tiffany IT Policy

• Assists in developing test cases and participates in the quality assurance process to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented

• Assist in producing user training documentation and works with the business to train users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or relative experience

• 4+ Years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role for a focus on Anaplan

• Demonstrated experience documenting use cases and functional requirements

• Experience with model-building in Anaplan including module design, dashboards creation etc., or equivalent technology (e.g., Adaptive Insights)

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred:

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project

• Retail experience a plus

• Certified Anaplan Model Builder

• Certification in related fields such project management
