Junior International Marketing Product manager
6-month CDD contract starting from July 2024
Filorga Laboratories is the first French aesthetic medicine laboratory, created by Dr. Tordjman in 1978. Filorga offers increasingly innovative anti-aging cosmetic products, inspired by aesthetic medicine, sold in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Filorga is a brand owned by the international group Colgate Palmolive, thus offering international career opportunities in many other brands. Reporting to the Filorga International Marketing Manager, you are responsible for innovation and 360-degree management of your Filorga product ranges internationally.
MAIN MISSIONS
Product Development
Imagine and write innovative concepts based on strong insights
Manage product development from conception to market launch (formula briefs, piloting, timing compliance)
Participate in the development of marketing plans, in line with the brand's DNA
Market and Trend Analysis
Analyze sell-in / sell-out of your category
Analyze and stay informed about cosmetic and aesthetic medicine trends
360° Coordination / Leadership
Coordinate 360° launch supports with internal teams (media, creative, trade, digital, training) and external (agencies)
Present projects at international marketing seminars to country subsidiaries
Ensure internal communication with different departments
Manage an intern and ensure their skill development
PROFILE
With a higher education background such as a business school or equivalent (Master's degree), you have experience in the cosmetics sector in product development marketing, ideally in skincare. Experience with an international dimension would be a plus.
Leadership, ability to unite and communicate a strong strategic vision
Excellent organizational skills and complexity management
Good understanding of strategic business issues, ability to integrate them into your objectives
Strong analytical skills & appetite for reporting/evaluations
Listening skills and ease in relationships
Synthesis and rigor
Creativity and sensitivity to the Beauty universe
Position based in the center of Paris (75008).
