In this role, you will plan, execute and integrate a range of communications activities including strategic planning, content development, channel execution, publishing, measurement and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You will also plan and execute community initiatives and volunteering activities in support of company goals and purpose.

How you will contribute

You will design and deliver outstanding internal and external communications and community engagement campaigns. In addition to these contributions, you will manage all aspects of communications internal and external channels and events; support local leadership and their teams, stakeholders and other functions internal and external communications activities, and ensure that activities are delivered within budget. You will also lead the strategic thinking and execution behind the Company’s community involvement initiatives with focus on engagement and measurement of impact.

What you will bring

A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate you career with experience and knowledge in:

• Communications, including experience in internal leadership communications, employee engagement, and external press release writing.

• Written and spoken communication skills. Design and photography skills are a plus

• Knowledge of traditional and social media engagement and content creation

• Experience in events management

• Results oriented and a hands-on mentality

• Working under pressure in a collaborative setting

• Dealing with ambiguity and change agility

• Time management priority setting and attention to detail

Role Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate communications with emphasis on internal and external communications.

• Graduate of Communications or related course

• Experience with large corporations or multi-national setting a plus
