Program Coordinator of Partial Care

Job Summary:
You will assist managers in the operation of the Partial Care services, assist and coordinate consumer's treatment, and aid in the training of new departmental staff.
What You Will Do:
Assist managers with scheduling by finding coverage for open shifts
Work with newly hired staff in services and models appropriate professional behavior
Conduct ongoing assessment of clients by exhibiting knowledge of age-specific population, developmental levels, and diagnosis
Assist the clients in meeting their needs by working on established goals developed in the multidisciplinary treatment plan
Prepare a complete written intake assessment which includes treatment plans with relevant goals, behaviorally-measurable objectives that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, realistic time frames for achievement, and daily shift notes
Responsible for coordinating the daily group schedule and staffing schedules
Responsible for carrying a small caseload either ongoing or in the interim, in the event of an emergency staff termination or resignation
Oversee the operation of the Extended Care Service provision within the Partial Care component of the Department
Facilitate groups in the Partial Care service and working shifts in the Group Homes when staffing coverage is not secured
What We Need to See:
BA degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university OR
5 years experience in a behavioral health care field
Experience in mental health, residential, and/or partial care services preferred
A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
