Job Summary:

You will be responsible for appraising the effectiveness of Outpatient programs in alignment with the Agency's values of excellence, equity, and integrity.

What You Will Do:

  • Evaluate program outcomes & quality improvement initiatives, produces presentations & written reports on findings & effectiveness of these initiatives

  • Extract, clean, organize & analyze large data sets using various software platforms.

  • Assist with data analysis & data collection efforts in continuous quality improvement projects

  • Effectively communicate with internal teams to fulfill data requests & deliver analysis results

  • Write & develop data collection, data reports & KPI dashboards

  • Conduct routine analysis on individual program process and outcome data

  • Submit data in accordance with Agency and/or Regulatory and/or Funder guidelines

  • Consult appropriate stakeholders as needed to facilitate the ongoing process of program design, implementation, and revision

  • Recommend changes based on the information that is analyzed

  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • Participate in quality assurance activities and cross-functional action teams

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, Health Informatics or related field from an accredited college or university

  • Must have data visualization and presentation skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance for primary drivers
