Staff Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

The Staff Quality Assurance Engineer will lead REA Quality & Environment System and Environmental Products Specific related activities. The Staff Quality Assurance Engineer will also maintain the documentation System

Qualifications

• Knowledge & experience about: Semiconductor, QM & Env. System and the IATF16949 standard

• Skills: Positive nature, enthusiastic, good problem solving skills, proactive attitude, team player but also confident on stand alone, happy to travel, good communication & English (incl. written).

• Experience on working with QM System and knowledge of quality audits; Experience: more than 3 years technical and administrative experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

• Qualification or experience in Electronics/Semiconductor industry

• Qualification as internal auditor would be beneficial

• Maintain IATF16949 compliance of REA Quality Management System

• Maintenance of Environmental Management System compliance and certificate

• Maintenance of the legal and statutory requirements database of FL, USA

• Internal Audits (prepare, perform & track of Q&E Internal Audits and follow CAs).

• Represent REA in 3rd party-Certification Audits and Customer audits

• Prepare IMS Management Reviews of REA Inc.

• QA & Env. System additional support with suppliers, customers and Renesas internal as agreed.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $93,000 - $140,500 . This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
