What will we do !

Responsible for ensuring that the daily requirements for the manufacture of cell culture media and reagents are met and that performance expectations are achieved on a constant basis.

Perform warehouse duties across goods receiving, storage control and material handling.

• Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times. Report any potential hazards.

• Support multi functional manufacturing teams on a daily basis by ensuring and coordinating that all necessary packaging materials and consumables are readily available.

• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the manufacturing facility, take ownership and control.

• Assist in the critical preparation of lower risk stages of the manufacturing process, such as pallet building, tank cleaning, bottle opening, automated washer operation and product locating.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal customers as to their requirements and accommodate their requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure all relevant processes are understood and followed before beginning any specific task.

• Maintain 5S standards within department.

• Report any near misses and ensure all relevant PPE is being worn.

• Perform Accurate recording of information in batch records and any relevant logs.

• Feedback to Team Lead /Supervisor any potential improvement ideas around Quality, EHS or productivity. Seek opportunities and participate in continuous improvement activities.

• May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Self motivated, with the ability to schedule daily workload.

What we looking for:

• Must possess a Grade 4 or better in Standard Grade Math’s and English.

• Relevant manufacturing experience will be considered as a suitable alternative.

Full training will be given to any internal or external candidates. Individual must show a passion for this type of work and this industry and must be driven to continuously improve and fully engage in any initiatives that the team undertakes.
