to 12/15/2025 Job Description: Landscape or maintain grounds of property
using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety
of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying,
mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler
installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall
units. Work Location: For work to be performed in various cities and towns
in Lake, Ashtabula, and Cuyahoga Counties, Ohio. Experience: None
required Education: None required Minimal On-the-Job Training Provided
Tools and Equipment: Supplied by employer at no cost. Special
Requirements: Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Some OT and weekends
required. Shift: 8-hour workday, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00
AM to 4:00 PM. Some OT and weekends required Compensation: • Wage:
$18.73/hour • Overtime Wage: $28.10/hour (1.5 times the regular rate) •
Frequency of Pay: Biweekly • Pay Computation: Single workweek used for
wage computation Pay Deductions: • All deductions taken as required by
law. • Optional employer-owned housing $50 per week/$100 per pay period.
Merit-Based Raises: Available at employer's discretion Transportation and
Housing: • Housing: Optional employer-owned housing available at $50 per
