Employment Services Specialist

Salary Range: $18.30 per hour
ABILITY TO: Conducts interviews of agency clients to determine eligibility for CCMEP and/or WIOA services. Assesses employability and barriers to employment.
QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read and write common vocabulary plus: 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in office practices and procedures, 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in interviewing or customer service, 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations or 2 years technical training in social work, psychology, sociology, liberal arts or a related field or 30 mos. relevant work experience or experience in office practices and procedures.
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS: May be exposed to infectious diseases, maladjusted clients.
