NY Employer Professional Office Assistant (Temp) in Ozone Park, New York
This is a temporary opportunity for 8 weeks. Reports to Office Administration.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
- Strong secretary experience/Skills
- Self-starter, and Detail Oriented
- Organized-with good follow up skills on work assignments and projects
- Updated member contracts, proposal and correspondences
- Good writing skills
- Data entry
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Telephone etiquette and experience
- Prepare and mail monthly invoices
- Record and process monthly membership dues
- Flexible and reliable
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Team player
Qualifications: - 1 year of secretarial experience - High School Diploma - Computer experience - Team player
Salary: min $21.00 per hour and max $21.00 per hour
