Aston Carter Recruiting Coordinator in Owings Mills, Maryland

Description:

•Provides administrative support for professional staff and management's completion of all activities required for the successful acquisition of talent, which could include interview scheduling, candidate care, etc.

•Responsible for the quality and completion of own work

•Responsible for talent acquisition administration activities, including processing and managing candidate data

•Facilitate transactions related to the recruitment process

•May assist in the planning of recruitment related events

•Lead special and ad-hoc projects of moderate complexity such as preparing reports and internal customer relations

•Fosters successful relationships through direct interaction with peers and others

•Partners with management to build a collaborative working environment while promoting leadership, exercising good judgment and professionalism

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years recruiting coordination experience

  • Workday experience, ATS experience

  • Microsoft Suite

  • Onboarding coordinator OK
