Lakeside Book Company Electrical Engineer - 12173 in Owensville, Missouri
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience
Work Hours: Day shift with touch points across a 24/7 operation
Location: 1005 Commercial Drive, Owensville, MO 65066
As our Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Manage and maintain power distribution and lighting systems in the facilities.
- Experience and capability to design/modify and troubleshoot machine control systems based on Allen Bradley, Siemens or similar platforms.
- Prepare electrical engineering estimates for equipment installations, relocations, etc.
- Work closely with electronic techs and electricians supporting the manufacturing operations.
- Ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, specifications by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.
- Write reports and compile data regarding existing and new electrical engineering projects. Estimate material, labor and/or construction costs for budget preparation.
- Prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering degree or related field; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering
- Proficient in design and calculation software
