Installation and Maintenance:- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.- Ensure all electrical installations comply with local and national electrical codes.2.Troubleshooting and Repair:- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.3. Safety and Compliance:- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and guidelines.- Conduct quality assurance measures and inspections.4. Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with the latest electrical technology and industry trends.- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training preferred.- Electrician license.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and components.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with food manufacturing (USDA/FDA) regulations and standards is a plus.- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.- Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.- Retirement savings plan with company match.- Paid time off and holidays.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
