Job Title: Accountant - CorporateJob Description

Join our team as a Corporate Accountant and play a pivotal role in our monthly financial close process. You will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and performing variance analyses. Monitor transactional flow through various systems to ensure accurate financial reporting and set up processes that effectively capture and summarize financial data. You will also identify areas for process improvements, communicate issues, and help implement best practices. Stay updated with current accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements. Support our SOX control program and assist during quarterly and annual financial audits. You will also handle other projects as assigned.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Overland Park, Kansas and some days remote.

Work Environment

The accounting team is located in one building within a campus of four. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days of in-office presence. You will be joining a small, focused team of only 3 people.
