TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees and partners.

The Energy Business Unit (BU) Marketing Team is a dynamic and diverse team seated in eight different countries and representing over ten cultures. We’re looking for a new team member to contribute to our business growth in the renewables, power utilities, and industrial vertical segments.

Join our team in one of our offices in Ottobrunn near Munich or Waiblingen near Stuttgart, combined with home office, or work full remotely in Germany.

You will drive the global marketing strategy for our smart grid solutions, planning and executing campaigns, managing new product integrations, and market launches. You will integrate new portfolio elements from mergers into our TE environment, collaborating with sales and product management. Your tasks include creating evergreen content (webinars, case studies, white papers), adapting and activating go-to-market campaigns globally, localizing content, enabling sales and distribution, and running social media and paid media programs to boost brand awareness and revenue. You will also provide customer insights and enhance marketing content. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be self-directed, and be able to flawlessly execute a variety of projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders including product management, sales, and engineering. We are looking for a marketing expert who has experience working in an international, matrixed organization. Fluency in English and German is required.

What your background should look like:

• Drive our global marketing strategy for our smart grid solutions, planning, creating, and adapting content to local markets/languages and executing across all media, including print, video, and digital to increase brand awareness, grow demand, and enable sales and distributors.

• Integrate the portfolio of our acquired smart grid business into the TE environment, including messaging, development of sales enablement tools, website integration.

• Develop go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all media.

• Act as a consultant to and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including other Marketing team members, Product Management, Sales, and Distribution marketing teams.

• Manage external creative agencies to develop online and offline marketing deliverables in line with corporate guidelines.

• Define and track KPIs linked to marketing success, leveraging Account Base Marketing, analytics, and data-driven insights on marketing effectiveness, continuously adapting, and improving messaging and campaigns to ensure they deliver the desired results.

• Ensure the integration of smart grid topics at trade shows, collaborating with marketing event project managers to coordinate displays, marketing materials, speaking opportunities, and post-event KPI reporting for smart grid.

• Lead and/or support other marketing-related projects for the Energy BU or cross-BU as required.

• Up to 15% travel including trips to our site in Ottobrunn near Munich and Waiblingen near Stuttgart to strengthen the relationship with our key stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications

• 5+ years of marketing and campaign experience in an international B2B or technology company

• Self-starter and proactive, you take initiative and are used to working independently.

• Highly skilled in project management and managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously while providing flawless execution.

• Track record of developing and managing impactful campaigns across the marketing mix, from digital to print.

• Experience providing direction to agencies and managing vendor relationships and budgets.

• Fluent in English and German.
