Job Summary

1. Manage Master Production Planning for Beverage Base in collaboration with CS/PP/DP team utilizing category management method (NPI, Existing Products, Slow Runner, Fast Runners and so on) and adjust demand/supply imbalance coordinating production schedule change.

2. Prepare and create production plan, estimate, narratives, and insightful analysis for SPP, Monthly RE, R&O and long-term planning (BP, RS).

3. Decide/monitor allocation volume of BB (Beverage Base) at DC based on Kit order and shelf life status.

4. Manage Inventory Analysis so that he/or she creates inventory/write-off related reports and share with related parties.

5. Lead MRB processes for BB/RM (Raw Materia)/Ingredient with Inventory analysis taking communication with CPS and BU related parties to mitigate write-offs.

6. Ensure that plant has the materials and resources it needs to operate and ensure BCP execution for supply continuity purpose.

Lead digitalization and automation of related operation such as supply planning, Inventory management in collaborate with global transformation team and IT team.

Requirements & Qualifications

[Functional Competencies]

l Familiarity with SAP & IBP

l Strong communication and presentation skills

l Strong analytical abilities.

l Microsoft software tools proficiency (Excel, MS Word ,Power Point, Power BI)

l Knowledge of production control (MRP2) , Demand/Supply planning process, RCCP and inventory management.

l Experience optimization of logistics and supply network.

[Related Experience Requirements/ Qualifications]

l Minimum of 5year's experience in production or demand planning function in production industry.
