Quality Engineers in

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, and other industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for product and process issues using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA.
- Work closely with design, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to ensure quality is integrated into product development and production processes.
- Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques and other data-driven methodologies to monitor and improve manufacturing quality.
- Provide leadership and training on quality-related topics, including Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) processes by defining quality requirements and validating product performance.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) doc
- *Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or 10 plus years' experience in a Quality Engineering role. *
- *5 plus years of experience in quality engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment. *
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.) and quality improvement techniques.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA/PFMEA.
- Experience with automated inspection systems, PCBA manufacturing, or electronics assembly processes is a plus.
