What will you do?
Develop and implement roles, skills, and learning paths within the organization's learning ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyse skill requirements for various roles across the organization.
Effectively communicate results of your project to the stakeholders/ customers/ end users to train them on the learning ecosystem and effective use of learning platforms.
Design and implement learning and development paths, including learning curation, to support customers in bridging skill gaps and enhancing employees' competencies.
Collaborate with HR teams and managers to integrate and enhance skill development plans.
Monitor and track the progress of skill development initiatives, providing regular reports and updates to management.
Stay up to date on i ndustry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and equipped with the necessary skills.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting the importance of skill acquisition and growth within the organization.
What should you have?
Bachelor's degree and/or work experience in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration).
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in designing and implementing learning paths.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for fostering skill development within individuals and the organization.
