Oshkosh Corporation Talent Management Coordinator in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

THE ROLE:

The Talent Management Coordinator will support the Talent & Culture team in coordinating and supporting talent management practices and processes for the Oshkosh enterprise. This role enables the growth and development of team members, supports our people first culture, and enhances business outcomes. This role will manage logistics, communications, and coordination of training programs, communication events, and other projects.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Provide enterprise support and coordination for the enterprise performance management processes: goal setting, mid-year check-in, annual review, and calibration.

  • Effectively communicate and develop plans, timelines and program details for various talent management programs & processes that impact various stakeholders.

  • Effectively use Workday to facilitate all talent and career related processes and applications (i.e. Career Hub, reporting/dashboards).

  • Coordinate, monitor and promote the use of team development solutions such as DiSC and 360-degree feedback solutions.

  • Track metrics and generate insights related to employee experience, performance management and diversity.

  • Partner with segment locations, Global Headquarter Building Ambassador, and outside venues to coordinate the logistics for Oshkosh Leadership flagship programs and other team owned events (online, in-person, etc.).

  • Lead and/or participate in other projects specific to Inclusion and Belonging, Talent management, Learning & Development and Human Resources, as needed.

  • Process invoices from vendors and learning partners on behalf of the Talent & Culture team.

  • Coordinate events and help develop communication plans related to Oshkosh’s employee business resource groups.

  • Perform administrative duties for Talent & Culture team as needed.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business Administration or equivalent; Associate's degree will be considered.

  • Experience using Workday or other HR Information Systems

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a complex, global, multi-site organization.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and hybrid environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skill with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.

  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
