We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for order verification, data validation, and assisting in pricing analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the verification process of daily orders.

• Review orders and pricing for accuracy; communicate with customer service and pricing analysts for verification.

• Support the validation of collected data.

• Assist in reviewing invoices on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with the finance team.

• Assist pricing associates with price quote requests and provide necessary support.

• Maintain backup reporting for non-order verification.

• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and training issues by reviewing accounts.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.

• Collaborate with various teams and effectively communicate to ensure smooth operations.

  Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Billing Analyst role or similar within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated ability in pricing analysis

• Experience in report generation

• Strong communication skills

• Experience providing price quotes

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices

• Familiarity with financial and accounting principles

• Proficiency in other computer software such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
