• 高い生産量を目指す製造プロジェクトの主導および参加。
• 開発、工業化、およびランプアップフェーズ中の材料、装置、およびプロセスの定義、組織化、検証。
• 材料を特性評価するための計測ソリューションの特定。

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and improving dry etching processes for new technologies.
Leading and participating in high-volume manufacturing projects.
Defining, organizing, and validating materials, equipment, and processes during development, industrialization, and ramp-up phases.
Identifying metrology solutions to characterize materials.
Collaborating with integration, process support, hardware teams, and suppliers.
Coordinating equipment strategy, purchase, start-up, and qualification with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth technology development and ramp-up.
Utilizing strong networking, communication, and reporting skills for successful project implementation.
Requirement

工学、材料科学、物理学、化学、または関連分野でのB.S.またはM.S.の学位。
• ドライエッチングおよび半導体業界での最低8年の経験。
• SAW技術/プロセス開発または製造に関する専門知識はプラス。
• DoE（実験計画法）、統計的プロセス制御、および分析ツールに熟練。
• 技術的および対人関係に重点を置いた優れた分析力と問題解決能力。
• 結果およびデータ主導の、実行力のある柔軟な態度。
• 自律的に働く能力、細部にまで注意を払う高い整理能力、すべての作業面で高い基準を設定すること。
• 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語でのプロフェッショナルなレベルの書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力。
Education, Experience, and Skills
B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in dry etching and the semiconductor industry.
Expertise in SAW technology/process development or manufacturing is a plus.
Proficient in DoE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control, and analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a technical and interpersonal focus.
Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a results- and data-driven, can-do mentality.
Ability to work autonomously, stay well-organized with a high attention to detail, setting high standards in all work aspects.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
