Responsible for the overall management of the maintenance department. Oversees all maintenance activities in regards to the hospital property and manages all of the maintenance staff members. Manage contractors, leases and budgets related to buildings and facilities. Assist with planning and execution of building and construction or renovation.\ \ Minimum Qualification and Education:\ -5 years related experience, preferred.
-Bachelor\'s Degree, required.
Skills/Specialties:
Would include Program Development, AutoCAD, Facility Maintenance and Coordination, Contractor Management, Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, Regulatory Compliance.
Certifications:
Would include National Council of Interior Design Qualification(NCIDQ), LEED Accredited Professional(LEED AP).
