Marriott Vacations Worldwide Specialist IRM Broker Operations & Digital Systems in Orlando, Florida
Position Summary
A member of the professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in a discipline area (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Resort Operations, Sales & Marketing etc.) to support team and/or department objectives. Generally, works under limited supervision, but within established guidelines, producing and analyzing more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process.
The primary function of the Specialist, Broker Operations & Digital Systems is to support the daily operations of the Broker Operations & Digital Systems team, ensuring that accurate Inventory Acquisition files/data/reports are maintained for the department. This position will handle owner interactions via our department’s digital platforms and assist with handling calls from Owners who are looking to divest their timeshare interest. Successful candidates will possess a positive attitude, have the ability to think quickly and multi-task; they will have strong oral and written communication skills; the natural career advancement path is such that they must have a desire to sell.

Expected Contributions
Ownership Exit Services
Handles Owner Interactions via our digital platforms: email, BOT management, DocuSign, and department webpages.
Processes inbound and outbound department mail.
Enters owner offers into database.
Performing steps of communications and data capturing related to proactive campaigns.
Prepare and email/mail resale listing agreements.
Handle calls from Owners answering resale related questions.
Monitor email boxes/incoming forms for Ownership Exit Services, Call Pilot, Europe Resale, Resale Contracts and respond/forward to appropriate Manager/associate.
Distribute voicemail/mail to appropriate Manager/associate.
Correspond with clients in verbal and written form to ensure that necessary documentation has been received and understand.
Scan, label, file and store documents.
Perform Repurchase and other Reporting including but not limited to:
Perform audits and run associated reports for the daily and weekly repurchase batches
Assist with processing Right of First Refusals and resale contracts for all brands
Contact brokers and owners as necessary
Update appropriate systems
Update Bluebook registrations, listing data, pricing updates etc
Update close dates in Repurchase Databases
Send email campaigns as needed, including daily and weekly department surveys
Update reporting for Team Meeting
Secure customer comment approval for use in testimonials
Performs small to medium projects as well as ad hoc projects.
Acquire and maintain comprehensive working knowledge of all Ownership Exit Services business applications, including BOT functions and DocuSign

Compose routine correspondence and reports, such as e-mail, spreadsheets, etc.
Effectively communicate primary Ownership Exit Services philosophies as they pertain to recommended strategies to property staff and other department stakeholders.

Documentation/Reporting
Use computer systems and software packages to input, access, modify, store, or output information.
Enter and retrieve data from computer systems using a keyboard, mouse or trackball.
Utilize and create documents in excel, word, outlook and other Microsoft applications
Perform tasks using the applicable Inventory & Revenue Management software.
Office Equipment
Transmit information or documents using mail, scanner, or facsimile machine.
Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, scanner, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals.
Keep office equipment in working order and contact service representatives to correct problems with office equipment, including following-up to ensure problem is corrected.
Maintain office areas (e.g., cubicles, storerooms, conference rooms, etc.), including calling housekeeping and maintenance when needed.
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or other methods.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Quality Assurance.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Candidate Profile
Education
High school diploma / G.E.D. equivalent minimum.
College Degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum one-year related IRM, Vacation Ownership or real estate experience is required.
Experience in inventory management systems including SOLAR, Universe, DG Sun and TimeshareWare preferred.
Possession of a State real estate salesperson license for the respective state (e.g. Florida, California etc.) is preferred.
Minimum of 1-year professional experience with a minimum of two (2) years Real Estate experience preferred.
Experience with MVW Revenue Management and Preowned Inventory processes & systems an advantage.
Skills/Attributes
A minimum of intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Suites applications.
