Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Track Manager based out of Orlando. As the Senior Track Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our indoor karting track operations across the brand. From ensuring the safety of our guests to maximizing track efficiency and providing exceptional guest service, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering an unforgettable racing experience. This position will report directly to our Director of Karting Operations and MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL.
Key Responsibilities:
-Track Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the indoor karting track, including scheduling, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed by staff and guests to maintain a safe racing environment.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of track attendants and race officials, providing ongoing coaching and support to optimize performance.
Guest Service: Foster a customer-centric culture among staff, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including the track area, spectator areas, and restrooms.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of karting equipment, racing gear, and other supplies, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Performance Tracking: Implement systems to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as race times, customer feedback, and revenue, to identify areas for improvement.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute special events, corporate outings, and birthday parties hosted at the facility, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.
Track Audits: Travel to our other locations to perform Quality Control audits on the track operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the entertainment, hospitality, or recreational industry, with a focus on operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proven track record of implementing and enforcing safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
Passion for motorsports and/or experience in karting operations is a plus.
