The Alaka’ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a qualified Program Analyst (RTAM/Targets) to support our government customer location in Orlando, Florida.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deep understanding of government DOD acquisition process, funding and project management process
Experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
Analytical, able to discern and ascertain data from multiple sources/efforts.
Building and receiving contract data requirement lists (CDRLs).
Reviewing invoices and forwarding for approval.
Reviewing program contract deliverables for accuracy compared to the requirements set forth in the statement of work (SOW), performance work statement (PWS), specification and CDRL documentation.
Annotating all discrepancies within a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) spreadsheet and provide to the Government.
Supporting government programs integrated product teams (IPT)
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelors Degree
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience supporting an DoD acquisition program office
Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience with or knowledge of government contracts and programs is preferred.
At least 4 years of experience is preferred.
DAWIA Program Management certifications or DAU training certifications
Exposure/Experience supporting Targets and Range training systems
REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
