Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our Corporate Team

Overview

Andretti Indoor Karting and Games is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee all capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, construction walk-offs, and warranty work for our new store openings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, 30%-60% travel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage all CapEx projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and comply with company standards.

  • Construction Oversight: Conduct construction walk-offs to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.

  • Warranty Management: Oversee warranty work for new store openings, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost-saving opportunities are identified.

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and materials.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, budget adherence, and any issues or risks.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and design, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

    Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills

  • Proven experience as construction project manager

  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles

  • Ability to read and understand full construction drawings and specifications.

  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

  • Strong knowledge of the full MS Office to include Excel and Project

  • Familiarity with construction/project management software including Bluebeam Revu, Trimble products, and Autodesk products. 

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Must be a minimum 18 years of age

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

  • Proven experience managing CapEx projects and new store openings

  • Ability to travel as required for site visits and project oversights

  • Based in Orlando
