We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing labor forces, identifying and communicating quality issues, and ensuring that all construction tasks meet our high standards. This role requires proficiency with technology for documenting quality and safety, specifically using Procore and BIM 360. Bilingual skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee labor forces on-site.
Identify and communicate quality issues related to wallpaper, paint, drywall, trim, and flooring.
Utilize Procore and BIM 360 to document quality and safety issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Take responsibility for daily tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
Communicate effectively with both English and (Second Language) speaking team members.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction quality control or a similar role.
Proficiency with Procore and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of construction processes and quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well in a team and take responsibility for tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and (Second Language)) is a significant advantage.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
