Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with strong digital PCB design experience and RF expertise to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced electronic systems for defense applications. This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop digital PCB layouts and schematics.
Integrate RF components and systems into PCB designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.
Perform simulations and testing to validate design performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
Document design processes and results.
Support the manufacturing and production of PCB assemblies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 6 years of professional experience in digital PCB design.
Proficiency in RF design and integration.
Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
Knowledge of signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the defense industry.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with high-frequency circuit design and testing.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00/hr.
