The Director, Content Strategy and Integration is a senior role responsible for developing and executing best-in-class, multi-channel content strategies that drive the organization’s communications objectives and brand narrative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in content production, a keen understanding of diverse communications channels, and a proven track record of integrating strategies across verticals. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who is as comfortable developing a high-level strategy as they are overseeing execution and measurement.

How You'll Shine:

Content Strategy Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel content strategies for communications and content teams.

  • Ensure content strategies are tailored to diverse channels, including social media, media relations, blogs, publishing, internal communications, and digital platforms.

  • Serve as the central driver of content innovation, leveraging emerging trends and best practices to continually enhance the organization’s storytelling capabilities.

Integration & Planning

  • Drive the integration of communications and content strategies across verticals, ensuring a seamless and consistent narrative. Manage integrated communications planning cycles to align goals, messaging, and tactics across departments and teams.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content strategy with broader organizational priorities.

Content Production & Management

  • Oversee content production teams to ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand deliverables across all platforms.

  • Establish and maintain a robust content library, streamlining processes for access and reuse across the organization.

  • Develop and manage strategic content partnerships that expand the reach and impact of communications efforts.

Technology, Measurement & Reporting

  • Identify, develop, and deploy innovative AI technologies to enhance integrated communications and content workflows.

  • Define and manage content measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.

  • Ensure content efforts are data-driven, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and optimization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of experience in content strategy and production, with a strong understanding of multi-channel communications strategies.

  • Deep expertise in content production processes, including ideation, creation, editing, and publishing.

  • Proven track record of integrating communications strategies across verticals and managing large-scale planning cycles.

  • Understanding of the unique roles and opportunities across various communications channels, including social media, blogs, publishing, internal communications, and digital media.

  • Experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including content producers and planners.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies for content creation and optimization.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
