Job Description:
We are seeking a assembler to join our team in building electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting. The position requires the ability to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings. Desired skills include mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies, such as torque and cable routing ensure efficient production
Must have previous experience as an electromehcanical assembler utilizing IPC-620 standards.
Required Skills, must be very clearly listed in work experience:
Experience with IPC-620 standards, including:
Crimping open and closed barrels
Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)
Soldering
Solder sleeves
Daisy chains
Solder splices
Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria – acceptable or defect recognition)
Able to follow work instructions and understand drawings
Desired Skills:
Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies
Torque (understanding how to set tool and use)
Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)
