We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Oregon City, Oregon, for a Customer Service Representative. As part of our client's team, you'll be providing empathetic listening and problem-solving skills to callers. This role involves questionnaires and assessments over the phone, managing a large volume of calls, and coordinating with multiple community partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments via phone, managing a high volume of calls effectively

• Uphold strict confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethics

• Apply active and empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving to assist individuals

• Utilize strong database navigation skills for efficient operation

• Perform data entry tasks as required

• Leverage Microsoft Office Suites for administrative assistance

• Handle account management and answer multi-line phone system effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role

• Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM

• Experience in Account Management

• Administrative Assistance skills

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional customer service attitude and professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
