We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon. The role primarily involves providing customer service over the phone, managing a high volume of calls, and providing empathetic listening skills to callers. This role is based within the telecom industry and offers the chance to contribute to our client's effort in providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of calls efficiently

• Apply active and empathetic listening skills and creative problem-solving to help individuals

• Utilize strong database navigation skills for efficient work processes

• Carry out data entry tasks accurately and promptly

• Provide customer service that is trauma informed and empathetic

• Leverage skills in Account Management, Administrative Assistance, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, and Microsoft Office Suites to effectively perform tasks.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service

• Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM

• Experience in account management

• Proven administrative assistance skills

• Familiarity with answering multi-line phone systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
