We are offering a customer service role with one of our clients based in Oregon City, Oregon. This role involves a high volume of customer service interactions in a bustling workplace environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer service over the phone and managing a high volume of calls

• Applying active and empathetic listening skills and creative problem solving

• Performing data entry into database systems

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in typing with a speed between 45 - 60 WPM

• Familiarity with answering multi-line phone systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
