We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry for a Customer Service Representative in Oregon City, Oregon. This role will involve managing a high volume of calls, and applying empathetic listening and creative problem-solving skills to assist individuals with concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Handling multiple calls daily

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries and ethics

• Apply listening skills to understand and address the needs of individuals

• Perform data entry tasks as necessary

• Provide customer service that is informed, empathetic, and efficient

• Manage customer accounts effectively including administrative tasks and answering multi-line phone systems.

Requirements • The candidate must have a strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.

• Proficiency in typing with a speed of 45 - 60 WPM is necessary for this role.

• Experience in account management is required, as the role involves handling customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• The role requires administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, organization, and the ability to multitask.

• The ability to operate a multi-line phone system is essential, as the role involves answering multiple incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.

• The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports, manage data, and create presentations.
