Our Client is a logistic company who is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. You will be ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle invoices, expense reports, and payments promptly.

• Verify account payable transactions, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate records to prevent overpayment.

• Address any uncertainties regarding invoice items prior to vendor payment.

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions, including coding, matching, and entering vendor invoices.

• Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
