Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead - Campus Relations is responsible for spearheading campus strategy in collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for all Prime Healthcare facilities in CA and NV (Region 1). You will create and maintain a campus program that solidifies Prime Healthcare as an employer of choice for new grad talent. This will include building a streamlined nursing internship program across Region 1.

An ideal candidate will be high functioning, creative, enjoy collaboration, have the ability to work independently, well organized, have the ability to pivot, and execute initiatives in a timely manner.

  • Relationship building - students, universities/colleges, and university-adjacent stakeholders within and outside of Prime Healthcare.

  • Increasing employer branding and awareness

  • Identifying, and attracting top talent from universities and local colleges in support of the organization’s internship and extern-ship programs, as well as immediate and future vacancies.

  • The TA Lead coordinates and manages all aspects of the campus recruitment process, including event planning, logistics, and follow-up activities.

  • Collaborates closely with hiring managers, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with prospective candidates.

  • Provides regular updates and reports to hiring managers and senior leadership on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.

  • Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Conducts outreach for high priority roles or projects as identified by Regional TA Manager

TA Lead, Campus Relations - Primarily is on-site at the corporate office in Ontario, CA - hybrid schedule and may travel at least 30%-40%.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

· Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.

· Familiarity with healthcare careers, professions, and academic programs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, faculty members, and hiring managers.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and campus recruitment specific sites (i.e. Handshake, Symplicity, etc.)

· High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

· Must be able and available for travel to school campuses, local facilities, off-site locations for hiring events, and meetings requiring in-person presence.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $67,600.00 to $100,360.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
