Experienced Tool Maker - $1500 Sign on Bonus!$32-36/hr DOE - plus relocation assistance if needed!CPS Recruitment is searching for an Injection Molding Tool Maker to join a dynamic team in Oneida, NY. We're on the lookout for an experienced individual passionate about precision tooling and ready to contribute to a growing company.Shifts: 1st, 2nd or 3rd - flexible start times availablePay rate: $32-36/hr (DOE) with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shiftsVoluntary Overtime with enhanced OT rates on weekends (Saturday x1.75, Sunday x2)As an Injection Molding Tool Maker, your responsibilities will include:Build, repair, and assemble a diverse range of specialized tools and moldsTroubleshoot and perform maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and moldsCollaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve molding issuesMaintain inventory and documentation of maintenance and inspection records for tools and related partsQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Journeyman Toolmaker papers preferred.Industrial production experience in a manufacturing setting required!Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools.Ability to use CAD software to create designs and blueprintsFlexibility for a varied schedule and occasional overtimeAbility to program and operate CNC machines a plusBenefits:Competitive CompensationHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceRetirement Plan (401k)Paid Time Off and HolidaysCareer Growth OpportunitiesCompany Events and Community EngagementThis employer fosters an environment of continuous improvement, and your expertise could be the missing piece they're looking for!Apply today by sending a resume to mfgresume@cpsrecruiter.com
