What you\'ll do: Innovation Strategy and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and develop innovative healthcare solutions. Apply design thinking methodologies to create disruptive products. User Research and Insights: Conduct user research, analyze findings, and develop user personas to inform product development. Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to bring product concepts to life. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and coach teams on innovation methodologies and user research. Contribute to team building and project management. Communication and Presentation: Develop compelling presentations and pitches to communicate product vision and value proposition.
