Adecco is hiring experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisors in Omaha, NE!

The Maintenance Supervisor (Residential) is responsible for managing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and construction tasks within a multi-family residential community to ensure the property is maintained at a high standard. They work closely with the Property Manager and handle both administrative duties and hands-on repair work.

What do you need?

• High school diploma or (GED); OR 2-3 years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Good mechanical skills.

• Working knowledge of OSHA safety policies, practices and procedures.

• Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment.

• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation required.

• Provide personal smart phone and have working knowledge of assigned applications.

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing maintenance technicians and grounds personnel

• Proficiency in using electronic systems for work orders and inspections

• Experience with vendor management

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
