Job Description

Day-to-Day:

A large wealth management and financial advising company is looking to add a Billing Data Analyst to their Billing team:

Responsibilities will include:

Identifying inconsistencies in multiple data sets.

Comparing system reports to custodial balances and resolving any outstanding issues.

Keep billing-related account activity accurate and up to date.

Lead billing team efforts in partner payouts.

Assist billing team with organization and submission of billing files for multiple firms.

Be able to work under tight deadlines and have great analytical and research skills.

Adaptable and comfortable with changing and pivoting when needed.

This position can pay a range of $55,000 - 70,000.

Skills and Requirements

Must-haves:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or similar field of study OR equivalent professional experience.

Salesforce reporting experience.

High Proficiency in Excel.

Experience using Orion software.

Experience inspecting data within audit reports.

Previous experience reconciling and identifying inconsistencies in multiple data sets.

Passionate supporting customers and previous customer service experience.

This position can pay a range of $55,000 - 70,000. Plusses:
